Shipping
We ship within the greater Auckland area and will vary based on your proximity to our yard in Manurewa. Please contact us for current shipping rates. Otherwise, customers are welcome to collect.
Refunds / Returns
Refunds and returns will only be given for defective or damaged products at the time they are supplied. The customer should inspect the goods for any defects or damage at the time of supply of the goods to ensure they are fit for purpose and free from any defects or damage. The customers must, within 5 working days of receiving the goods, return the product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, the supplier must either replace the product or refund the purchase. In the event of a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@towerfencing.co.nz.
